Here's the Best Equipment for your home gym!

In the wake of Covid-19, a lot of people are working out from home. On my ‘Houseparty’ app workouts, I’ve seen some creative ways people creating equipment, like using cans of beans instead of weights, or putting weights into grocery bags for kettlebells, or using tea towels as sliders. Of course, any way you can get your workout in is excellent! Recently a lot of people have been asking me what equipment they should purchase to take their workouts to the next level, but doesn’t require buying a whole gym system.

Here are some items that I think can add to your home routines but don’t take up a lot of space. Disclaimer, as an Amazon Associate, I earn a little bit from each qualifying purchase. However, the equipment I selected for this list are items that I truly believe are good have for home workouts. Please note that some of the Amazon pricing and availability fluctuates, you may be able to find more affordable options by shopping locally.
