# 6-Week Fitness Challenge Results!

This fall we completed the first 6-Week Fitness Challenge!

The Challenge included a health and fitness assessment, personal program design, and nutritional breakdown. Each participant worked out in the gym three times a week.

Over the course of six weeks the group lost an astounding 53 pounds which was 15.91% of the group's total bodyweight! The winner of the contest lost 11 pounds and won back his $700 registration fee!

The Challenge was a huge success to everyone who participated (myself included). It was so fun to have this group in the gym together to build up a fitness community here. I'm inspired by how hard everyone worked and how encouraging they all were to each other.
