12 Days of Workouts

Happy Holidays!


This year I've put together another 12 Days of Workouts to help keep you motivated throughout the holiday season. The gym is closed from December 11th - 19th and December 25th to January 3rd, so these are some great workouts to add into your holiday schedule.


Each workout ranges between 4 and 30 minutes and can be done with minimal equipment.


Do all 12 workouts in a row or spread them out throughout December to keep you moving all month long!


Remember to start each workout with a warm-up. Here's the Fit for Self 9-minute warm up routine to get you started.


DAY ONE - 5 X 5 FULL BODY WORKOUT
