Happy Holidays! This year I've put together the 12 Days of Workouts to help keep you motivated throughout the holiday season.
Each workout ranges between 4 and 45 minutes and can be done with minimal equipment.
Do all 12 workouts in a row or spread them out throughout December to keep you moving all month long!
Remember to start each workout with a warm-up. Here's the Fit for Self 9-minute warm up routine to get you started.
DAY ONE - 20 MINUTE FULL BODY WORKOUT
